Our educational philosophy is built on five (5) foundational pillars that guide our mission.

We teach students important values. We help them learn about kindness, responsibility, and how to be helpful in their communities. This part of learning helps students think about their actions and how they can make the world a better place.
Our approach to learning makes sure students do well in their studies and see how what they learn can help solve real problems. We aim to make students love learning, be creative, and think deeply. This prepares them to use their knowledge to improve society.
Art is a key part of FCL. It lets students show their feelings and ideas. Through art, students can explore their creativity and understand important lessons more deeply. Art helps make learning fun and meaningful.
We teach students how to solve disagreements in a peaceful way. They learn to understand each other better and find smart solutions to problems. This teaches them to have good relationships with others and helps make their communities more peaceful.
We encourage students to use what they learn to help others outside of school. Through different projects, students can see how they can make a difference in their communities and the wider world. This helps them feel connected and responsible for helping others.

13S Formula

The 13-S Formula in Full-Circle Learning (FCL) is designed to engage students through a comprehensive approach that integrates character development, academics, arts, conflict resolution, and service. Each "S" represents a step in the learning process that helps students internalize values, apply knowledge in meaningful ways, and connect their learning to real-world humanitarian efforts. The formula is meant to create a holistic and transformative educational experience that nurtures both personal growth and community impact.
